R.P. Growing Technologies Ltd (2004) group includes: Grow Tec Innovations Ltd. (2018) & We Can Dry Ltd. (2018) & Agro Light (2019). With the main office in Israel, the group has recently opened offices in CA and NJ. Focused on Agrotech, the R.P. group provides a wide range of services, including planning, designing, engineering and/or manufacturing as well as turnkey projects and high-level agricultural projects , including medical Cannabis Projects.
The R.P. group provides planning, design, implantation & integration services in : Greenhouse/ Nurseries, Hydroponic , Soil mixing & potting lines, Growing system, Water treatment, Climate control, Dehumidification, Lighting systems, Dry rooms, Irrigation & fertigation.The group has an in-house team of experts including civil engineers, water engineers, agronomists, agri-business economists, logistic department, project managers and designers.

Shlomy Raziel– CEO & Owner
Shlomy is an industry thought leader. His creativity has benefited Israel’s leading agricultural companies, and in the past 10 years has been a site design leader for the nascent cannabis industry in Israel. Combining strong technical skills with business acumen, the leading cannabis companies in Israel have had Shlomy involved in establishing their operations.
Ilan Hacohen – CTO
Ilan brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of industrial and Agri-control systems. This is in addition to technical and commercial project management in Israel, Australia and the United States.
Danny Oberman – Director of Business Development
Danny has been introducing leading edge Israeli cannabis related technologies to the US & Canadian markets for the past four years. WeCanDry is a comprehensive drying & curing solution leveraging exceptional technologies and with an excellent track record.
Kayla Guzman – US Sales Director
Kayla has significant hands on experience in the post harvest process with leading cannabis companies in New Jersey. While staying concurrent with operational and regulatory requirements, Kayla clearly understands the client’s needs and can provide insights for an optimal solution.
